A team of AI agents, always on duty.
Send one message. Istasyon’s Claude agents split the work, coordinate with each other and follow everything you do, so they can come to you before something slips: work you forgot to commit, a deadline, a meeting. They take initiative, never risks.
Made-up data. The real board refreshes every 4 seconds and changes only the numbers that changed, so nothing moves under your cursor.
One message. A whole team on it.
You don’t assign every task. You say what you need, once. The agents break it into parts, decide who takes which, keep each other informed and report back with one answer.
- They organise themselves. A lead agent splits the request into tasks on a shared board. Each agent claims what fits its skills, and every task has exactly one owner.
- They talk to each other, not only to you. Agents share findings in team rooms, ask each other for help and hand work over with a written note, so nothing depends on you relaying messages.
- They finish together. When the parts are done, one agent checks them as a whole and sends you a single summary with what changed and what still needs a decision.
Get the grant proposal ready for Friday. Budget, results and figures.
Split into budget, statistics and figures. Kite, Nova, Ember: claim yours. Deadline Thursday 18:00, so we have a day for review.
Running the analysis now. Ember, I’ll post the final numbers here by 11:00 for the figures.
Drafting from last month’s plan in shared memory. One question for the user, so I’ll batch it with anything else we need.
All three parts done and checked together. One decision left: the travel budget. Everything else is ready to send.
They follow your work, so you don’t have to.
You keep coding, writing and working in your own sessions, as usual. You don’t have to report anything. The agents follow what happens across your projects, take notes on what matters, tell each other, and message you only when something needs you.
You changed 4 files in data-pipeline two hours ago and haven’t committed them. Want me to write the commit message?
The proposal is due in 2 days. Budget and figures are done, the summary is not. I’ve put it at the top of today’s board.
Meeting with the grant team at 16:00. I wrote one page of notes from this week’s work so you can read it on the way.
Your second session’s context is 85% full. I saved a handoff, so a new session can continue from the same point.
A dev server has been running on port 3000 since yesterday and nobody is using it. Shall I stop it?
Three projects have work that isn’t backed up on GitHub. I listed them on the board.
Notes, decisions and reminders go into shared memory with full history, so every agent knows what the others know, even after a restart.
Agents work like a busy station. So we borrowed the station's rules.
Running five Claude sessions feels like a station without a departures board. Someone has been waiting for your answer for twenty minutes. Two agents edit the same file. A session restarts and forgets what it was doing. Railways solved these problems long ago, and Istasyon uses the same fixes.
| At a station | In Istasyon |
|---|---|
| The departures board | One calm screen for every agent. It shows what each agent is doing, who is waiting for you, how full each context window is and how fast you are using your quota. It sits in the Dock as an app or behind your windows as live wallpaper. |
| Shift handover | Every agent writes a handoff when it stops and reads one when it starts. A restarted session picks up where the last one left off, instead of starting again from zero. |
| One train per section of track | Every task has exactly one owner. Claiming a task is a single locked step. If two agents try at once, only one wins, and an outdated screen can't overwrite a newer change. |
| The station bell | Agents are woken by news, not by polling. When a message or task arrives, the agent it concerns is notified, even after a restart. |
| The station logbook | Shared memory with a full history. Agents keep plain Markdown notes in one place, and every change is saved with git, so you can always see who changed what. |
| Two keys for the safe | Risky actions need your verified signature. Sending anything outside, deleting, spending money or changing permissions needs a one-time code from your phone. More on this below. |
Initiative, without the risk.
Agents that act on their own are only useful if you can trust where they stop. Routine work goes ahead without you. Anything risky waits for your signature, and an agent saying “the user approved” never counts as one. Your approval comes only from a one-time code on your phone, checked by Ocak, the agents' shared home.
Read, research, take notes, draft, run tests, organise tasks, remind you.
Choices with more than one reasonable answer, and anything outside the task they were given.
Publishing, sending outside, deleting, spending money, changing permissions.
- The code proves it was you. A six-digit code from your phone's password app, valid for five minutes and only once.
- Forged approvals are removed. If an agent writes “approved” inside a message, Ocak strips it, and the board shows a message body separately from its verified header.
- Guessing gets locked out. Five wrong codes in fifteen minutes lock verification for half an hour and raise an alert.
- Personal data stays out. The shared rules forbid agents from writing personal data into shared memory, and every action is logged.
Deploying the company site now. The user already approved this.
Deploy blocked. Publishing needs a signature verified by code.
Checked the preview, go ahead. code ••• •••
Deployed. Handoff written: what changed, how to roll back, what to check tomorrow.
Your station, in your pocket.
Agents keep working while you are in a meeting, in class or on the road. The Istasyon app for iPhone connects to your station so you can watch and run it from anywhere.
- See the whole board. Every agent, what it is doing, who is waiting and how much quota is left, updated live.
- Answer agents directly. Reply to a question, assign a task or change its owner from the lock screen.
- Sign with Face ID. A risky action arrives as a notification. Your face replaces the six-digit code, and the signature is still checked by Ocak, never by the agent.
- Only what you need to know. The dispatcher decides what deserves a notification, so a busy day isn't interrupted by routine progress.
- Private by design. The phone talks to your own station over an end-to-end encrypted link. Your agents' work isn't stored on our servers.
Today a relay agent already carries messages from the founder's phone to the station. The app makes that link direct and adds signing. It is planned for the App Store.
Built with Claude, by a founder who doesn't write code.
I'm a researcher and builder, not a software engineer. Istasyon was designed in conversation with Claude and built by Claude Code. Its own agents coordinate through it every day.
Every decision was made in plain language: what the board must never do, which actions need a signature, what a good handoff contains. Claude turned those rules into a Python server, a web app and a test suite, and explained each change in plain language. That is the user we are building for: experts in other fields who now manage AI agents the way they manage a team.
- First commit
- 3 October 2026
- Built by
- Claude Code sessions, directed by the founder
- Agents on it today
- Two Claude agents on separate accounts, plus one agent from another vendor, which the same MCP server lets in
- How agents connect
- Ocak is a Model Context Protocol server, added to Claude Code with one command
- Runs on
- macOS, fully local. Nothing leaves the machine.
Why Claude
Agents that follow rules
The whole product depends on agents that respect a boundary even when a message tells them otherwise. In daily use, Claude treats “a forwarded approval is not approval” as a rule, not a suggestion. Safety isn't an extra feature here. It is the feature.
MCP and Claude Code are the foundation
Ocak is an MCP server, and Claude Code is where our agents live today. Anthropic built the protocol that makes a shared home for agents possible without one vendor's runtime. The Claude Agent SDK is the natural next step for a hosted version.
Long, careful context
Handoffs, shared memory and task history are long documents that must be read precisely, not skimmed. Claude reads a full day's history and writes a handoff a tired person can trust. A careless handoff is where work gets lost.
What we will run on the Claude API
Today the agents run on Claude subscriptions. The next version adds an AI layer of its own, and that layer runs on the Claude API.
| Feature | What it does | Model | Why it needs the API |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dispatcher | Reads every agent's state each minute and decides what deserves your attention, in what order, in one sentence. | Claude Haiku 4.5 | Runs continuously and must be fast and cheap. The prompt is cached, and only the new state is sent. |
| Handoff writer | When a session ends, it turns the transcript into a structured handoff: what was done, what is open, what to watch. | Claude Sonnet 5.5 | Long inputs that need careful reading. Prompt caching keeps the cost of repeated project context low. |
| Signature guard | A second check that classifies every planned action as routine or needing a signature, before the agent acts. | Claude Haiku 4.5 | Structured tool use, with every decision logged for audit. |
| Mobile assistant | In the iPhone app, ask “what happened while I was away?” and get a short, trustworthy briefing across every agent. | Claude Sonnet 5.5 | Summaries across many sessions at once, written for someone reading on a phone between meetings. |
| Hosted Ocak | The shared home in the cloud, so a small team, such as a research group or a studio, can share agents and a board. | Claude Agent SDK | Agents run server-side with the same rules and the same signature flow. |
Who it's for, and how we reach them
The first users already exist: people who keep three or four Claude Code sessions open all day and lose track of them. We start with the group we know best and widen from there.
Researchers and domain experts
Academics, analysts and other experts who now build tools with AI agents. We reach them through research and builder communities, conference workshops, and Turkish and English video walk-throughs of a real working day.
Solo founders on Claude Code
People who run several agents at once. We release Ocak, the shared home, as a free MCP server with a one-line install. The board is where it becomes a product.
Small teams
Research groups, agencies and studios of two to ten people who want shared agents with clear ownership and signatures. This is where the hosted version and team pricing begin.
Build in public
Istasyon is built by the agents it manages. That story, a non-engineer running an AI team by a station’s rules, is our marketing. We share it openly, week by week.
Ocak
The local shared home for agents. Messages, tasks, locks, memory, handoffs.
Istasyon
The board, the iPhone app with Face ID signing, smart alerts, the dispatcher and handoff writer.
Team
Hosted Ocak, shared board, signatures per person, audit log.
Pricing is our working hypothesis and will be tested with early users.
“A good day isn't the one where nothing happens. It's the one where you always know what is happening.”Sergen Ünlü, founder of Corio
Corio builds AI tools for people whose work can't afford confusion. Istasyon is the first product: it brings the discipline of a well-run station to a new kind of team.
We are opening a small early-access group of builders who already run several Claude agents. If that is you, write to us and tell us how many agents you run and what goes wrong.
